Our Ministry Team
The Albrights served with ELI in Kenya from 2004-06 and are now working in the U.S. office. Brian is the Director of Operations and Finance, and Kristin is Assistant to the International Director.
Adele comes to ELI from South Africa. Adele is coordinating all of ELI’s communication efforts as well as managing the Kenya side of short-term teams.
With Daniel “Davis” and Jen’s training and experience in the fields of education and health care, this family brings a new level of strength to these particular areas of ministry in Kipkaren, Kenya.
Empowering Lives works to empower the poor and oppressed that they may be able to know, serve, and worship God without hindrance, and a huge part of our vision is involving others worldwide in this same mission. Kierra Higgins serves as ELI’s Short-Term Ministry Coordinator, helping churches and individuals participate in our work overseas.
Wendy has a passion to see heartfelt worship in the church expressed in indigenous languages and musical styles. She facilitates songwriting workshops and promotes the use of these new songs in the local churches. She also works to see pastors and church leaders become financially free and able to support their families through farming or small businesses.
As an RN and Family Nurse Practitioner specifically trained in international healthcare, Juli focuses on health education and AIDS awareness in rural Kenya.
Erin works in ELI’s U.S. office. She oversees day-to-day administration and assists in the stateside planning of our short-term missions.
Christine is responsible for the U.S. based administration, organization, and oversight of the ELI Child Sponsorship Programs. Her passion is ministering to the children in the slums of the Democratic Republic of Congo, orphans in ELI’s Children’s Home, and the children who are sponsored for schooling in Kenya.
Amy manages the stateside accounting for the organization. Her passion is to see efficiency in U.S. operations so that ministry in Africa can operate with confidence and assurance.
Dan works in organizational development and staff support.
The Rogers are ELI’s international directors, overseeing the vision and advancement of the ministry in the USA and East Africa.
True empowerment cannot take place under the bondage of sickness and degrading health. Allison has committed her life to see that the poor live physically and spiritually healthy lives.
Tim, along with his wife Jervaun, is passionate about providing a voice for the needy and oppressed in East Africa. As ELI’s Director of Development, he communicates ELI’s mission and financial need to individuals and organizations.
With a background in photojournalism and graphic design, Micah is responsible for the creative direction of ELI, bringing the stories in Africa back to the U.S. visually.
