Shefta Meshack’s journey with ELI began in 2014, when he was just seven years old. Welcomed warmly into our Kipkaren Children’s Home, he stepped into a new chapter and began a journey of growth that has shaped him into a confident, compassionate young man.

Through the nurturing environment that his ELI family provided, Shefta quickly began to flourish. He developed strong leadership skills, built meaningful friendships, and discovered new passions like volleyball and soccer. More than that, he learned how to overcome fear, step into who God created him to be, and walk in confidence!

Most importantly, Shefta’s life was transformed through a relationship with Christ. What started as simply learning about God grew into a deep, personal faith that now shapes how he lives each day. He carries a genuine love for others, faithfully praying for his friends and family and encouraging those around him.

Today, Shefta stands as a confident young leader, boldly speaking in front of others and continuing to grow in his faith each day. His journey is a powerful reflection of what God can do through a life surrounded by truth, love, and intentional investment. As Shefta lives out his faith, his life reflects the truth of Galatians 2:20, “It is no longer I who live, but Christ who lives in me.”
